Step one: Breathing exercise.
Inhaled slowly and hold for five seconds. Then push the air out of your lungs in a hard exhale.
Repeat 5 times.
Get your lungs conditioned and prepped for the stunt.
Step two: Relax Muscles
Make yourself comfortable. Soak in some water on hot days or curl up in a quilt on cold. Temperature is the key to relaxing your muscles.
Start by stretching your toes and hold for 3 seconds, then relax. Repeat, but adding your feet into the mix. Work your way up your body until your stretching all of your muscles, then relax.
Take deep breaths while doing this to keep your lungs conditioned.
Step three: relax your throat
It happens to be your main breathing instrument.
Drink something cold on a hot day, or something warm on a cold day.
You want to be relaxed and comfortable both inside and out for this to work.
Step four: Clear your mind
Massage your self slowly above your temples with your fingers. Massage wherever your head feels burdened. Close your eyes and think o
